Just think,
you're here not by chance,
but by God's choosing.
His hand formed you
and made you the person you are.
He compares you to no one else--
you are one of a kind.
You lack nothing
that His grace can't give you.
He has allowed you to be here
at this time in history
to fulfill His special purpose
for this generation.

Appointment With Jesus!

I got a letter today...
It said Hello! My name is Jesus!
Maybe you have heard of my name?
Anyway...

I would like to come to diner...
or have a cup of tea!
Do you think that maybe..
You could make some for me?

I hope you will consider my offer...
I will be there at nine!
And please do not worry!
I will be there on time!

At that very moment...
I heard someone ring!
Oh know it was nine!
I had nothing that was as divine!
To feed Jesus my Savior!

I opened the door..
Ready to plea..
But before I could...
I saw a man on his knees.

He was homeless with no where to go.
And said please give me food!
I am so hungry please!
I would do anything for some milk or some meat!

I thought to myself...
but I would have nothing left!
To feed Jesus...
If I gave it to this man!

But he looked so sad,
so I got all my food...
and gave it to him!
and he sure was glad!

I was panicing
I had nothing for him!
Oh dear...
I started to cry.

But just then!
A letter came,
and it said thank you for the food!
It was so good!

But then I was confused..
where was the name?
Then it said Love Jesus!
It was him that had came!

"Unknown"

Everyone Needs Someone

People need people and friends need friends
And we all need love for a full life depends
Not on vast riches or great acclaim
Not on success or on worldly fame
But just in knowing that someone cares
And holds us close in their thoughts and prayers
For only the knowledge that we're understood
Makes everyday living feel wonderfully good
And we rob ourselves of life's greatest need
When we 'lock up our hearts' and fail to heed
The outstretched hand reaching to find
A kindred spirit whose heart and mind
Are lonely and longing to somehow share
Our joys and sorrows and to make us aware
That life's completeness and richness depends
On the things we share with our
loved ones and friends.

If I Met Jesus

I often have thought, what it would be like;
To meet the man that gave up His life.

He suffered and died for us, on the cross;
What a beautiful man, to suffer such loss.

I thought what it would be like to meet this man;
Just what would I see, as before Him I stand.

As I gazed at first, into that wonderful face;
I see total understanding, forgiveness and grace.

I see traces of tears in the past that were shed;
I see a great man and the group that He led.

I see great compassion and a never-ending love;
And I know that I'll be with Him, in Heaven above.

And no greater love has ever been shown;
And, just one look tells me, I am never alone.

I know that one day, I will meet this great Man;
And I know He will love me, for just who I am.

I now have no fear, of leaving this earth;
For, I will be with Him one day, in my rebirth.
